EmgracingYou strongly advises all customers to adhere to the following laundry instructions:
- Please remember to turn the item inside out before washing and ironing.
- Where possible, please hand wash the apparels in room temperature water. Do not use hot water at all.
- Please do not use bleaching products and harsh detergents. This includes detergent with bleach components. Avoid pouring the detergent/washing liquid onto the fabric directly. Always ensure the detergent has been mixed well with water before adding to the apparel.
- Do not tumble dry, especially for delicate materials such as lace or knitted wear. Apparels should be allowed to drip dry as much as possible.
- For apparels with two or more colours, please DO NOT SOAK them in water. Wash it immediately and let it drip dry.
- Please refrain from exerting friction/pressure on printed fabric/lace/knitted wear such as rubbing/scrubbing the fabric in a harsh manner as such exertion will hurt the fabric and cause damage.
- We strongly recommend vertical steam iron but if this is not available, you may use flat iron, set the iron to low heat and flip the garments inside out. Be sure to use a press cloth between the iron and the fabric while ironing.
For accessories (fashion jewellery):
- Accessories (fashion jewellery) might tarnish when exposed to air for prolonged periods, hence it is advisable to store it in a box away from sunlight. Keep it dry, avoid moisture, perfume, liquid and cream.
