Shipping & Delivery
For Singapore, we have a flat rate of SGD 5.00 courier fee for your parcel. The choice of the courier company may subject to change without prior notice. Enjoy FREE express shipping when you purchase above SGD 80 (Singapore only). Free shipping is not applicable during any event of sale (CYBERSALE, FLASH SALE etc.)
We also deliver to Malaysia and other parts of Southeast Asia. Kindly contact us at hello@emgracingyou.com for the latest shipping rate as the rates may varies from time to time.
We aim to process your orders within 24 hours every day excluding weekends and public holidays. Please do understand that all our stocks are subject to QC/QA check prior to dispatch hence you need to give us time allowance for this gesture of service. Once dispatch, you’ll receive your order within 3-5 working days.
This is applicable for parcels shipping to overseas. Please note that all orders are shipped from Singapore. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies varies from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your own local customs office.
Once an item has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number with its tracking link to your email.
The status of your parcel will show within 24 hours of dispatch and if you are still unable to track it after 24 hours, email us at hello@emgracingyou.com and we will be glad to assist you!
Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for your parcels once it’s been dispatched.
If you have not received your parcel within the estimated days, it may have been held back at the nearest post office after failed delivery attempts. You may call the courier company to track the last whereabouts of your parcel and personally retrieve it from the courier office.
Unclaimed parcels will be posted back to our warehouse and the customer will have to pay for the re-shipping costs based on the initial shipping cost.
For security purposes, we do not deliver to a PO Box address. In the event you have chosen a PO Box address as your destination address, we will send you an email requesting you to choose an alternative address which may delay your delivery.
We aim to process your order within 24 hours. If you made a wrong purchase on the size, you may initiate an exchange once you have received the parcel. Please contact us at hello@emgracingyou.com for more information. Any cost incurred in the exchange will be borne by customer.
